Oil has plant, animal, and mineral differences. 1. When cleaning steel or cast iron parts, generally use an aqueous solution containing 10% caustic soda and 0.2% emulsifier. Heat to 90°C or more and bake the parts for about 30 minutes. In order to improve the fat removal effect, it is necessary to stir the solution. In order to avoid the damage of alkali to the metal, after removing the parts that have been boiled with hot alkaline water, the saponification product should be cleaned with a cloth or a brush, and finally rinsed with hot water at 60-80°C, self-drying, parts with small holes. Dry with compressed air.

2. In the aluminum alloy parts, the aluminum alloy is easily corroded in case of strong alkali, and the solution containing caustic soda 1% and emulsifier 0.4% should be cleaned.

3. Rubber, leather parts such as leather bowls, leather mats, water blocking rings, oil barriers, etc., are strictly prohibited from being cleaned in alkaline or acidic solutions, and can be cleaned with alcohol if necessary.

4. Precision parts such as plunger pair, fuel injection head, bearings, etc., should be cleaned with diesel or gasoline, can not be washed with alkaline water.
