DBY electric diaphragm pump

DBY type electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years, due to the breakthrough in the material of diaphragm, more and more industrialized countries in the world use this type of pump to replace some centrifugal pumps and screws. The pump is used in petrochemical, ceramic, metallurgical and other industries. The product design refers to the prototype of American ABEL company. The pump is suitable for low pressure, that is, the outlet pressure is ≤3kgf/cm2.

The main purpose of DBY type electric diaphragm pump :

Installation and use

working principle

Motor (1) diaphragm movement (2) one after the other reciprocating motion (3) to drive the diaphragm (4) above the plunger on the left and right ends through the reduction box. In the left and right pump chambers, four upper and lower one-way ball valves are installed, causing a change in the volume in the working chamber, forcing the four one-way ball valves to alternately open and close, thereby continuously sucking in and discharging the liquid.
