Recently, according to the Food Inspection Agency of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic (CAFIA), CAFIA has carried out a wide range of foods such as bags, bread rolls, snacks, and sandwiches sold by shops near bus stops, self-service selling machines, and snack bars near petrol stations. Check. The department carried out quarantine inspections at 173 locations, with 111 quarantine staff, and 274 food samples, of which about 30 were found to be inadequate.

The quarantine mainly examined the storage conditions of bread products, the quality of raw materials of products, and the label of products. Among them, it was found that the storage conditions of 9 samples did not meet the requirements, that is, the product was placed outside the refrigerator or there was a problem with the storage equipment. In addition, the quality of the sample was also examined, such as whether the sample containing sausages or vegetables had deteriorated or decayed. In the label inspection process, there were 19 kinds of product labels that were incorrect, some did not indicate storage temperature, and the ingredient information was disorderly arranged. There was no weight or raw product information.

In addition, 30 kinds of samples were sent to the laboratory for microbiological analysis, and no results were found for Listeria and Salmonella exceeding the standard.

CAFIA stated that it is forbidden to sell bread products with defective product quality, improper labeling, or improper storage. At the same time, it will also contact the manufacturer who violated the testing requirements and take the necessary administrative measures.
