Correct use of vacuum kneading dryer

In the production process, manufacturers must understand the correct and safe use of vacuum kneading dryers to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.

1. Boot check:

1.1 Check whether the transmission parts and sealing parts of the machine body are in good condition; whether the cylinder body is clean and dry; check whether the vacuum suction port filter head is dry (if the material is adhered during use, it will affect the vacuuming rate)

1.2 Close the discharge port bonnet.

2. Equipment operation:

2.1 Open the feed port and start feeding.

2.2 When the vacuum pump is turned on, when the tank reaches a certain degree of vacuum, the material tube is inserted into the powder, and the material is sucked into the tank by vacuum. The charging shall not exceed 0.5 of the volume, and the material shall not have hard and fast materials, such as When the material density or water content is too large, the feed amount should be reduced.

2.3 If vacuum feeding is used, the pumping is completed, the feeding port is connected to the atmosphere, the valve on the vacuum line is closed, the feeding nozzle is removed, the feeding cap is installed, and the feeding cover (or manhole cover) is closed and Ensure that its sealing performance is good.

2.4 Open the vacuum line valve to achieve a certain degree of vacuum inside the tank.

2.5 Turn on the drive motor to make the spindle balance start and rotate.

2.6 Open the heating steam or hot water valve of the jacket and the shaft to dry the tank and the shaft to heat the material.

2.7 According to the operating experience, the recovery amount of dissolved coal and the temperature inside the furnace, when it is confirmed that the drying process of the material in the tank has ended, cut off the steam (or hot water) and then wait for the material to drop to the appropriate temperature, close the vacuum line valve and open the vacuum. The venting valve on the system causes the tank to be connected to the atmosphere, and the boring shaft continues to operate, ready to discharge. (The host button and power must be turned off when sampling is required during the drying process)

2.8 Open the discharge valve to unload the material. After the discharge is completed, close the main engine running button and cut off the power.

2.9 Confirm that the residue in the tank or the shaft is cleaned when the power is off and guarded, and close the discharge hole cover to prevent flying dust from entering the tank.

3. Note:
3.1 The heating or cooling of the dryer should be carried out slowly. The user should take appropriate speeds of raising and lowering according to the situation.
3.2 During the operation of the equipment, if sampling is required, it shall be sampled according to the provisions of Section 2.7, and the sampling shall be completed and restarted.
 
4. Maintenance and maintenance:
4.1 Rolling bearings, check at least once a month, and when the grease is dry, replace the grease with new ones.
4.2 The maintenance of the cylindrical gear reducer shall be in accordance with the requirements of its instructions.
4.3 The filter inside the tank (vacuum suction port) needs to clean the powder adsorbed on it after drying once, keeping the filtration smooth.
4.4 The mechanical seal or packing seal between the main shaft and the tank should be inspected regularly.
Repair the leak immediately or repair the seal .
4.5 The equipment should be inspected and repaired once every six months to one year. During the inspection, the original assembly method and tolerance requirements must not be changed, and the corresponding lubricating oil (fat) should be added according to regulations or supplements.
4.6 Special note: The equipment must be reliably grounded since installation and use!
