Classification of industrial freezers

Industrial refrigerators are widely used in electroplating and machine tool cutting fluid cooling, pharmaceutical industry, electronics industry, hardware industry, food and beverage industry, footwear industry, laboratories, medical equipment, etc. There are many ways to classify industrial freezers:
Classified according to the cooling method of the chiller itself, it is divided into air-cooled freezer and water-cooled freezer.
It is easy to understand that air-cooling means that a fan is used to cool the heat-dissipating part of the chiller. The upper part of the chiller has a fan that vents upward. This type of chiller is relatively noisy and requires relatively good ventilation, and is generally placed outdoors.
Water cooling means that there is circulating water to cool the freezer. These chillers are relatively small in size and relatively small in noise. They are easy to operate and maintain indoors, but they must be used with cooling towers and circulating water pumps.
The classification of the types of freezer equipment, the various names on the market seem complicated, so the following categorization of some common chiller equipment:
1. According to the compressor structure type: screw type, piston type, scroll type, centrifugal type;
2, according to the type of machine structure classification: box type, gantry type;
3, according to the chilled water outlet water temperature classification: standard air conditioning type (0 ° C or more), low temperature cryogenic type (below 0 ° C);
4. Classified according to the medium to be cooled (coolant): salt water, ethylene glycol, corrosion resistant;
In addition, according to the principle of refrigeration: compression type, absorption type; according to the structure type of evaporator classification: full liquid type.
