Beer bottle washing methods and advantages and disadvantages

The washing bottle has a great influence on the quality of the finished product in the process of beer packaging. It can reduce the operating efficiency of the packaging line and increase the operating cost of water and electric steam. The heavy impact on the bio-stability of beer, and even increase the complaint rate, affecting enterprises. Image.

There are several types of bottles used in breweries: new bottles; normal recycled bottles; unpacked bottles that have been stored for more than half a year; bottles with longer turnaround times or poorer storage environments in rural areas. The first two bottles can be directly used for production, and the latter two bottles, if directly on the line, the vast majority of the brush is not clean. A more reasonable method is to manually sort the bottles before they are put on the line. The dirty bottles are manually brushed and then used for production. When the dirty bottle rate after washing reaches 8% or more, it is too difficult for the bottle inspector to select all, and the ideal value is below I%.

The higher the temperature, the better the washing effect, but the temperature exceeds 90~C, which not only causes the washing bottle breakage rate to rise, but also some mildew spots will solidify on the bottle wall, making it more difficult to wash off. In addition, if the temperature is too high, the trademark fibers will be clogged and the spray effect will be reduced. The ideal temperature is 80-85 °C.

2 bottle selection and concentration control

At present, the detergent builder has the distinction of bottle washing agent and bottle washing additive, and its advantages and disadvantages are as follows:

A, bottle washing agent:

Advantages: easy to add, low bottle washing costs.

Disadvantages: The ability to go to foil is weak.

Suitable for new bottles and cleaner recycling bottles.

B, bottle washing additives:

a, alkaline bottle washing additive

Advantages: easy to add, strong ability to go to foil.

Disadvantages: The cost is higher than the bottle washing agent.

Suitable for new bottles and cleaner recycling bottles.

b, acidic bottle washing additive

Advantages: good bottle washing effect, easy to add. Disadvantages: High cost for more serious dirty bottles.

If the bottle source is well controlled, it is easier to choose a detergent. The new bottle is generally not contaminated, as long as it is sprayed with 1% or less of lye and about 75~C of hot water. The concentration of the lye in the washing bottle is high, and the decontamination effect is good, but the concentration of the lye exceeds 2%, which is easy to cause the trademark to be broken, which is not conducive to the bidding, and is easy to block the nozzle. The specific lye concentration should be determined according to the actual bottle source of the factory. If the water content of the bottle is high, the detergent composition does not contain the scale inhibitor, which will cause serious scaling, affect the washing effect, increase the loss of the machine, and increase the descaling expenses.

3 the impact of the pressure of the jet

At a certain temperature, the higher the pressure, the better the bottle washing effect. Generally, the design pressure of the original machine is reasonable. Therefore, in the production process, we only need to ensure that the spray pressure reaches the standard required by the original machine. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the smooth flow of the nozzle, and the spray pressure is preferably not lower than 0.151 VIPa.

5 requirements for operators

The quality and responsibility of the operators have a great impact on the quality and consumption of the bottles. The following aspects should be noted:

A. Training: Make the operator clear his job responsibilities and operation methods.

B. Daily work requirements:

Check the spray pressure carefully before work every day, whether the nozzle is unblocked, and whether the temperature of each tank meets the requirements.

Check that the spray pressure is normal every hour.

Check that the nozzle is unblocked every hour and that the blockage is immediately cleared.

Check the alkali concentration of each tank every hour to determine whether or not to add a bottle cleaner.

Brush the filter every 20 minutes.

Clean the spray bar and pipe network after work every day.

When cleaning, thoroughly remove the standard paper, broken glass and adhesives in the tank.

6 Determination of the time of washing the bottle washer

Washing machine washing time should be determined in combination with the performance of the machine and the specific conditions of washing the bottle. Because aluminum salts, silicates, alkali proteins, latex and Other substances are produced during the washing process, when these materials reach a certain ratio, the penetration ability of the detergent is greatly reduced, especially the aluminum salt produced by the reaction between the foil paper and the alkali. Combined with printing ink, mud, sand particles, pulp and other materials to form a mixture of elastic gray-black mixture, blocking the heater, pipe network, brackets for the de-standard mesh belt, etc., affecting the heating effect and normal water circulation, therefore, need Release the water for cleaning. In the cleaning process, in addition to thoroughly cleaning the tanks, the spray bars, and the pipe network, pay special attention to the brackets in the corners of the alkali tanks, in addition to the adhesions in the concealed parts such as the brackets and the lower brackets. These sticks are sprayed with conventional water. If it is difficult to remove, it needs to be removed by hand or special tools. In order to save costs, the following two methods are currently helpful to extend the detergent usage time.

A. Add pre-spray before entering the machine: add one or several sections of high-pressure spray pipe on the conveyor belt, spray the dirt and other things outside the bottle, and consider reusing the water from the outside of the bottle washer. . As the amount of dirt in the bottle is reduced, the relative use time of the detergent is extended.

B. Recovery of effluent from the lye: Use two recovery tanks with a conical bottom. Note that the bottom of the tank should be easy to discharge dirt. The lye is recovered into the tank every day, and the precipitate is statically precipitated for more than 12 hours, and the dirt at the bottom of the cone is drained, and the supernatant is returned to the alkali tank of the bottle washer. This not only prolongs the service life of the detergent, saves costs, but also reduces sewage treatment pressure, reduces water consumption, and reduces environmental pollution.
