Installation and commissioning of hot ore vibrating screen (hot mineral screen)

1. The installation foundation of the hot ore vibrating screen shall be pre-buried and installed in the size shown in the general drawing (steel plate thickness 30mm). There should be beam support under the steel plate and the steel plate should be fixed on the beam. The upper surface of each embedded steel plate shall be on the same horizontal plane, and the front, rear, left and right errors shall not exceed 3 mm.
2. The installation base of the motor frame should have beam support, and the cement foundation should be re-irrigated after the height of the motor is adjusted.
3. The steel plate and anchor bolts used for the installation are prepared by the installation unit. The above spare parts are not attached to the equipment.
4. After installing the spring support and the motor frame, adjust the relative position, and after initial fixing, install the damping spring in sequence. Before the spring is installed, it should be selected according to the actual stiffness value marked by the end face. The spring stiffness of each fulcrum of each sieve machine should be the same. The center line of the spring should be perpendicular to the plane of the spring support.
5. Install the vibration isolation frame on the spring, and then install the primary vibration isolation spring on the vibration isolation frame.
6. Lift the sieve so that the angle of the screen surface meets the requirements of the general plan, then slowly lower it and seat it on a vibration isolation spring.
7. After the sieve is installed, the horizontal level of the screen box and the vibration isolation frame should be maintained. The horizontal level can be measured at the inlet and outlet ends of the screen box. If it is not horizontal, the height of the spring support can be adjusted.
8. When the motor frame is installed, the motor axis and the vibrator axis are required to be on the same vertical plane. Considering the material on the screen surface, the compression deformation of the support spring increases, and the motor axis should be lower than the vibrator axis by 3-5 mm.
9. When installing the intermediate coupling between the two vibrators, the coupling flange should be installed strictly according to the mark made by the manufacturer to ensure the relative position of the two vibrators eccentric blocks.
10. After the vibrator is shipped from the factory, if it takes more than 6 months, the parts of the vibrator must be removed and cleaned before installation. The bearing and the labyrinth are filled with the appropriate amount of No. 2 industrial lithium grease.
11. After the vibrator is installed, move the eccentric block with the hand plate. If there is excessive resistance or jam, you must find out the reason and adjust it.
12. Check the tightening of all bolts after installation.
13. Empty load test run for 6-8 hours, observe the operation of the sieve during the test run, require vibration balance, no lateral swing and abnormal sound.
14. After 6-8 hours of hot running screen test, the working temperature of the vibrator bearing should be checked. The maximum temperature of the bearing should not exceed 75. The tightening of the sieve plate and the vibrator should also be checked. Looseness should be tightened in time.
15. After the first production, after 6-8 hours of working in the hot state, the screen box should be cooled to room temperature, and the sealing bolts of the sieve plate and the vibrator should be tightened once more.
