Cooling tower watering device installation precautions

The cooling tower uses the principle of water and air flow to exchange cold heat exchange to generate steam. The steam volatilizes away heat to achieve the principles of evaporative heat dissipation, convective heat transfer and radiation heat transfer to dissipate the waste heat generated in the industrial or refrigeration air conditioner to reduce the water temperature. Evaporative heat sink to ensure the normal operation of the system, the device is generally barrel-shaped, hence the name of the cooling tower.

1. Construction of the cooling tower watering frame.

The construction of the water-sprinkling structure adopts 48×3.5mm steel pipe to cover the scaffolding, which has good integrity, which can meet the load-bearing requirements and meet the transportation and transportation aisles.

Therefore, the type and working condition of the splashing device used in each cooling tower will have a certain impact on the cooling effect. The reflective splashing device is mainly composed of a nozzle, a sleeve, a joint, an upper splashing disc and a lower splashing disc. The quality requirements of the reflective sputter device are: all made of ABS engineering plastic injection molding, and its physical and mechanical properties should meet the specified specifications. The surface is smooth and flat, no obvious curling, no cracks, no gaps, and the back and forth splashing discs have even teeth without burrs and missing teeth, and the reflection angle is accurate.

No obvious deformation is allowed, and the mold box line is trimmed neatly. The threaded connection is suitable for tightness, the upper and lower discs are assembled firmly, and the mutual spacing is strictly assembled according to the design requirements, and the allowable error is not more than ±1 mm. The installation of the reflective splash device requires correct model specifications, and the vertical axis of the nozzle casing is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the water tank. During installation, it should be carried out unit by unit according to the water distribution arrangement of the water tank to avoid omission and misplacement of the extension pipe of the branch and the distribution tank near the main water tank. When the splashing device is installed, use a metal sheet or other tool to cover the grid plate vertically below the splashing pan to prevent the mortar from falling into the grid plate when installing the splashing device, and blocking the hole in the water separator installation. It is neat and beautiful, the joint block has no direct seam, the surface of the guide section is flat, and there is no airflow short-circuit gap.
