Axle weight weighing principle

When the axle loader is weighed and the vehicle drives over the weighing platform, the weight of each axle acts on the weighing platform through the two sides of the tire, causing the load cell to produce slight deformation, the internal resistance bridge impedance of the sensor is out of balance, and the electrical signal proportional to the weight is output. After being converted into a digital signal by a linear amplifier A/D conversion device, the dynamic processing of each axis is completed after being processed by the microprocessor. When the vehicle is completely driven over the weighing platform, the axles are re-accumulated to obtain the total weight of the vehicle.

Weighted toll lane workflow:

In the initial state detection area, no vehicle passes, and the vehicle is lowered;

When the vehicle enters the weighing lane at a constant speed, the system automatically enters the dynamic weighing mode when the meter receives the weight data of a certain threshold;

When the vehicle passes through the weighing platform at a constant speed, the weight of each axle group of the car, the shaft type (single-axis/double coupling/triple shaft) and the vehicle speed are automatically detected; the tire type identifier synchronously detects the number of tires on one side of the axle ( Single/double wheel; When the tail of the vehicle passes the infrared vehicle separator, the infrared vehicle separator sends the vehicle closing information to the meter. The meter aggregates the data and information and transmits the data to the charging computer (host computer) in real time;

After the computer receives the data transmitted by the meter, the charging software automatically calculates the axis over-limit, the vehicle over-limit, and calculates the charge amount. Finally, the printer automatically prints the receipt; after the charge is completed, the blocker lifts the vehicle and the vehicle exits. The toll booth, the car stop is put down, the entire charging process is over, waiting for the next charge.
