The former has high accuracy, but the analysis cost is also high; the latter is a traditional method that can meet most analytical requirements. In the non-aqueous titration method, it is necessary to use a standard sample having the same carbon and sulfur content as the sample matrix. However, there are currently few standard samples available on the market, and the sulfur content is generally below 0.005% , which cannot meet the requirements. In this paper, the medium-carbon ferromolybdenum is used for screening and processing, and the internal standard of carbon-manganese-iron is prepared by using the infrared absorption legal value, which is applied to daily analytical requirements and has achieved satisfactory results. The self-made internal control standard samples are not only moderate in content, easy to calibrate, but also greatly reduce the cost of testing.

1.2 Test methods
