After the screw weighing feeder is fixedly installed, remove the baffle on both sides of the door bracket above the discharge port, untie the rope at the hanging ring of the hanging load cell, and then weigh the screw feeder. The fixed angle iron at the material opening is removed. (Please support the screw machine in parallel when dismantling) Note: Please disconnect the load cell from the screw weighing feeder when welding, otherwise the sensor will be damaged.

2) Screw weighing feeder operation box wiring instructions

1. Remove the connecting wire at the inlet, and connect the terminal in the operating box according to the wire number.

The display above the operating box is the operating instrument. Clear skin, school scale, set flow rate, etc.

The indicator lights are:

Local running indicator, remote running indicator, DC 24 volt power indicator

Turn the button to the local, the start on the operation box, the stop button works;

When the button is turned to the remote position, the external contactor normally open point (uncharged dry contact) needs to be connected to the terminal block terminals 109 and 111. The external contactor is opened and closed to control the screw weighing feeder to start and stop.

Turn the local remote button to the local, use this button to control the screw weighing feeder to open the stop button and turn the local remote button to the local. This button controls the screw weighing feeder to stop.

2. Note after power-on:

After the screw weighing feeder is powered on, observe whether the weighing box of the operation box is bright. If it is normal, press the down arrow button to scroll to the sampling code interface, observe whether the sampling code has a numerical value change, then press the down arrow to scroll to the speed pulse interface, press the start button on the operation box to rotate the motor to see if there is any value change.

d) Traffic setting:

After the screw weighing feeder is powered on, the initial interface displays real-time flow and accumulated flow. Press the “Target” button on the initial interface to set the flow. After setting, press the “P1” button to save. The screw weighing feeder can be set according to the setting. The set flow automatically adjusts the speed of the motor to the set flow rate.
