Fluidized surface dryer (drying equipment) working principle:

The high temperature air causes the inert carrier in the dryer to be in a fluidized state. If the material is fed into the nozzle, it is evenly attached to the surface of the inert carrier after being atomized. The film material sprayed on the surface of the inert carrier is internally subjected to the heat conduction of the relatively warm inert carrier, and the outside is strongly convected by the fluidizing gas to rapidly evaporate and dry the water, and is ground into a powdery product by an inert carrier. . The carrier separator mounted at the top returns the inert carrier to the bottom, and the fine dry powder product is carried out of the drying chamber by the gas stream and enters the trapping system for trapping. The amount of wet material entering the drying chamber is steplessly adjusted by a speed control motor mounted on the feed pump. The drying process control parameters are the temperature inside the drying tower and the differential pressure.
