Raw water quality impact system solution

1. When the original water suspension is >5mg/L, a high-precision filter should be installed in front of the water softener to prevent resin contamination;

2, the original water iron, manganese content>0.3mg / L, 0.1mg / L need to be equipped with iron and manganese equipment in front of the water softener to prevent resin iron, manganese poisoning;

3. When the free chlorine content of raw water is >0.3mg/L, it is necessary to equip the water softener with chlorine removal equipment to prevent the resin from being contaminated;

4, the original water salt content <500mg / L, hardness <6.5mmol / L, choose a primary sodium ion exchanger;

5. When the raw water has a salt content of 500 to 1000 mg/L and a hardness of 6.5 to 10 mmol/L, a secondary sodium ion exchanger is selected;

6. When the salt content of raw water is >1000 mg/L, or the hardness is >10 mmol/L, electrodialysis and first-stage sodium ion exchanger are selected.
