The installation of the tank is as follows:

1. Please check whether the equipment is in serious damage and severe deformation during use, and check whether the fasteners of the equipment are loose.

2. Please use the embedded anchor bolts to install the equipment horizontally on a firm basis.

3. Under the guidance of professionals, please install the equipment, electrical control devices and accessories correctly, and check whether the pipeline is unblocked, whether the installed instrument is correct, and whether there is any damage. Please check whether the inside and outside of the equipment and the surrounding area before starting the equipment. There are people or objects that affect the normal operation of the equipment to avoid danger.

4. After installation, please perform a trial run for a few seconds to confirm that there is no electrical short circuit or no abnormal sound before you can test for a short time.

5. If the matching tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of 10# or sewing machine oil must be injected into the lubrication groove of the machine seal before the start of the main machine. The cooling water must be passed into the cooling chamber of the machine seal so that the machine sealing device is well received. Lubrication and cooling. The machine seal is not adjusted at the factory. After installation, adjust the machine seal to the best position according to the installation and operation instructions, in order to operate normally (according to user needs).

6. After the equipment is in normal operation, please check the bearing temperature, running smoothness, sealing, etc., and whether the meter is normal, and confirm the normal operation before feeding.
