The beer of lower quality has a lower height of foam. The foam is yellowish, thick, not long-lasting, or foam-free or foaming.

Beer with excellent aroma and temperament should have significant malt fragrance and scent unique to hops; second-class beer, malt fragrance and hop aroma are not obvious; quality, often without malt and hop aroma, even have raw wine smell , aging odor and other abnormal odors.

Try to taste a beer, in your mouth, and test its quality with taste and smell. Beer should have a smell of carbon dioxide from the wine and a refreshing bitterness and unique flavor from the hops.
