Installation of important fasteners for diesel engines

At present, although some pilots and repair workers have received driver's licenses or junior repairer's grade certificates, they still understand the mechanical construction principles and maintenance knowledge. It is often the case that wrenches are used to twist the fasteners hard during maintenance, or that the fasteners are struck hard with a handkerchief. As a result, the installed diesel engine has frequent malfunctions during operation, and some even cause serious accidents. The precautions for installation of important fasteners on diesel engines are described as follows in order to attract the attention of the majority of operators and repair personnel.
1. Cylinder head nut. When tightening the cylinder head nut, it should be gradually tightened to the specified torque several times, and it should be carried out according to the principles of first, middle, and opposite sides and crossing diagonally. When disassembling the cylinder, it should be gradually loosened in the order specified. If the cylinder head nut is tightened unevenly or unbalanced, the cylinder head plane warpage will be caused. If the nut is tightened too tightly, the bolt will be stretched and the body and threads will be damaged. If the nut is not tightened enough, it will cause air leakage, leakage, and oil leakage in the cylinder. The high-temperature gas in the cylinder will also burn the cylinder gasket.
2. Flywheel nuts. For example, the flywheel and crankshaft of the S195 diesel engine are connected through a cone and a flat key. When installed, the flywheel nut must be tightened and locked with a thrust washer. If the flywheel nut is not tightened tightly, when the diesel engine is working, it will produce a knocking sound. In severe cases, the crankshaft cone will be damaged, the keyway will be cut off and the crankshaft will be twisted, causing a serious accident. Also note that the corner of the thrust washer can only be folded once.
3. Connecting rod bolts. Rod bolts made of high-quality steel are subjected to heavy impact during operation and cannot be replaced by ordinary bolts. When tightening, the torsional force should be uniform. The two connecting rod bolts should be rotated and tightened several times to the specified torque. Finally, the galvanized iron wire is used to lock the two connecting rod bolts. If the torsional moment of the connecting rod bolt is too large, the bolt will be deformed or even broken, resulting in a blow-by-cylinder accident. If the tightening moment of the connecting rod bolt is too small, the gap of the bearing bushes will increase, and the knocking sound and impact load will occur during operation. Burning tile holding shaft and connecting rod bolt breaking accident.
4. Main bearing bolts. The installation accuracy of the main bearing should be guaranteed and it should not be loosened. When tightening the main bearing bolts (for a fully supported four-cylinder crankshaft), the five main bearings shall be tightened uniformly to 2 or 3 times in the order of first, second, fourth, and then 1, 5 steps. Torque. One crankshaft rotation should also be checked for proper operation. The harm caused by the tightening torque of the main bearing bolt is too large or too small, which is basically the same as the damage caused by the tightening torque of the connecting rod bolt being too large or too small.
5. Balance block bolts. The balance block bolts shall be tightened to the specified torque in several steps in sequence. The balance block should be reassembled in place or it will lose its balance.
6. Rocker nut. For rocker nut, it should be regularly checked in conjunction with maintenance during use. If the rocker seat nut is loose, the valve clearance will increase, the valve opening will be delayed, and the closing will be advanced. The valve opening duration will be shortened, causing the diesel engine to supply insufficient air, the exhaust gas not to be clean, the power to decrease, and the fuel consumption to increase.
7. Nozzle lock nut. When installing the injector, its lock nut should be tightened to the specified torque. At the same time, it is best to tighten it several times and not to tighten it once. If the fuel injector locknut is tightened too tightly, the locknut will be deformed and the needle valve will easily get stuck. If it is loosened too much, it will cause the injector to leak oil, the injection pressure will drop, and the atomization will be bad. Increased fuel consumption.
8. Outlet valve tight seat. When installing the injection valve of the fuel injection pump, the torque should also be applied according to the specified torque. If the tight seat of the oil valve is tightened too tightly, the plunger sleeve will be deformed, the plunger will block in the sleeve, and the plunger will be worn early, the sealing performance will be reduced, and the power will be insufficient; If the seat is too tight, it will cause oil leakage from the fuel injection pump, the oil pressure cannot be established, the time for fuel supply lags behind, and the amount of oil supply will decrease, which will seriously affect the performance of the engine.
9. Injector platen nut. When installing the fuel injector assembly on the cylinder head of a diesel engine, in addition to removing the dirt such as carbon deposits in the injector assembly mounting seat, the pressure plate of the injector assembly must not be installed, and the thickness of the steel pad must be appropriate and cannot be omitted. Also pay attention to the tightening torque of the injector assembly pressure nut. If the clamping nut tightening torque is too large, the injector body will be deformed, causing the injector to jam, the diesel engine can not work; if the tightening torque is too small, the injector will leak, resulting in insufficient cylinder pressure, diesel engine start difficult High-temperature gas will also blow out the burner nozzle.
In addition, when the high-pressure tubing fittings on the distribution vane rotor and the distribution pump housing are installed, the springs are also operated according to the specified torque.

There are three ways to analyze urine, and your test might use all of them.
One is a visual exam, which checks the color and clarity. If your pee has blood in it, it might be red or dark brown. Foam can be a sign of kidney disease, while cloudy urine may mean you have an infection.
A microscopic exam checks for things too small to be seen otherwise. Some of the things that shouldn`t be in your urine that a microscope can find include:Red blood cells,White blood cells,Bacteria,Crystals
