5. How to reduce complaints

During the “three guarantees” period, do not complain about the quality of agricultural products. This will waste time and effort and can be dealt directly with the dealers. According to Article 3 of the Provisions of the State Bureau of Economics and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture and other six Bureaus on “Responsibility for the Repair, Replacement, and Return of Agricultural Machinery Products”, “The principle of who sells agricultural products and who is responsible for the Three Guarantees” and “Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Machinery Management Regulations Article 10 stipulates that "producers and sellers shall be responsible for the quality of their products produced and sold, and shall perform repairs, replacements, and refunds of the products they sell in accordance with regulations or agreements during the warranty period."
