Biotinylated proteins for quantification, detection and purification
The specific interaction between biotin and avidin (or streptavidin) makes it a powerful tool for detecting, purifying, and immobilizing proteins. This versatile technology finds application across a broad spectrum of uses:
- **ELISA** for protein quantification,

#### 2. High Bioactivity & Detection Sensitivity
The bioactivity of biotinylated proteins depends on both the protein structure and the biotinylation method used. Each protein undergoes rigorous testing with various tags and biotinylation techniques. Products are evaluated in multiple binding assays, ensuring only the best-performing ones reach production. Figure 1 demonstrates the internal evaluation experiments.

These biotinylated proteins exhibit high bioactivity and exceptional detection sensitivity across applications. In functional ELISAs, biotinylated human BCMA demonstrates strong binding activity with BAFF, as shown in Figure 2. Figure 3 illustrates the use of biotinylated PD-1 in AlphaLISA to detect its interaction with PD-L2. Figure 4 highlights the ease of use of biotinylated proteins in SPR assays to determine protein-therapeutic antibody affinities. Additionally, these proteins are frequently employed in cell-based assays like cytotoxicity and CAR expression evaluation.
